Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking a Workplace Operations Project Office who speaks French to join our Porto office. You will coordinate NiP premises, manage vendors, monitor occupancy and dashboards, and drive workplace initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience in coordinating multifaceted projects and workplace operations, with proficiency in English and French. Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years coordinating multifunctional projects, workplace operations or facilities.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, internal teams and external service providers.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation of occupancy or utilization to drive actions.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in contract, SLA and service provider management is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for meetings and stakeholder coordination.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English and French; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and activate NiP premises in PRT and LSB, including Villas, Honolulu Wellness Club and GetTogether areas.
• Plan and execute themed events and workplace initiatives, defining timelines, responsibilities, deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage external service providers across F&B, scenting, sports and merchandising, ensuring contract compliance and monitoring SLAs and service quality.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the NiP Boutique and Welcome Bar.
• Define, implement and update the building zoning model, considering team allocation and space needs.
• Monitor office occupancy and utilization dashboards, analysing trends and preparing regular reports and insights.”
• Facilitate regular committees and working sessions with internal stakeholders for alignment and timely decisions.
• Coordinate and monitor transversal workplace initiatives across stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace operations, employee experience and space utilization.
