Konecta is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, to optimize staffing and improve efficiency in an international operation.

You will monitor real-time performance, forecast staffing needs, and support scheduling and planning activities, leveraging strong Excel and data analysis skills to deliver actionable insights.

Qualificações

• Experience in Workforce Management, Planning or Real-Time Management.
• Experience in a contact center/BPO environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor real-time operational performance and workforce levels.

• Support continuous improvement of WFM processes and tools.
