Konecta is a multinational company delivering BPO solutions that include front-office and back-office operations. We are seeking a QA Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon and help ensure the highest standards of quality and customer experience.

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient in English, you will monitor interactions, perform quality assessments, provide constructive feedback, and support process improvements across global operations.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Contact Center, or similar environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to give constructive feedback

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and evaluate interactions according to established quality standards
• Conduct quality assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare quality reports and performance analysis
• Work closely with operational teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Support coaching and calibration sessions
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality guidelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
