Accenture is seeking an entry-level Workday Talent & Performance Analyst to join our global Workday team. You will participate in workshops, learn Workday configuration, and build your skills under guidance, with access to extensive education programs and international projects.

This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and readiness to grow within AI-enabled delivery, including GenAI accelerators.

As a Workday Talent & Performance Analyst:

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Participate in design and discovery workshops alongside experienced colleagues, helping to capture talent and performance requirements and decisions
• Configure Workday talent and performance functionality under the guidance of your team lead
• Build, test and document your configuration and carry out unit testing
• Help investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles
• Contribute to the team’s solution and grow your talent and performance expertise by learning from senior colleagues

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Entry-level of professional experience, ideally with some exposure to Workday or another HR system
• A keen willingness to learn and to build your Workday talent and performance configuration skills
• An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly

  Artificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery:

  Accenture is embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across how we deliver Workday, and you’ll work with it from the start. As a Workday Talent & Performance Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
