Job summary

ALS Global seeks a Workday Integrations Analyst to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal systems. You will work with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio to ensure accurate data flow across HR, Payroll, and Financials modules.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs, perform testing, and support ongoing integration changes during Workday updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support.
• Proven expertise with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials modules.
• Experience with various integration protocols and formats (e.g., SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and command of English, with knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
• Workday certification in Integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Perform integration testing and resolve defects to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor integrations for performance and data integrity; address issues proactively.
• Document design specs, test plans, and support procedures.
• Participate in Workday update cycles and adjust integrations accordingly.
• Provide technical support to end-users on Workday integration functionalities.
• Coordinate with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Stay current with Workday functionality and best practices for integrations.
