Job summary

ALS is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal and external systems in Porto, Portugal. The role requires strong Workday integration knowledge and a commitment to data accuracy and system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connect, Cloud Connect, Studio).
• Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Perform integration testing and troubleshoot defects to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor integrations for performance and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all integrations.
• Participate in Workday update cycles and assess impacts.
• Provide technical support to end-users on integration features.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality and best practices.
