Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support.
• Proven expertise with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials modules.
• Experience with SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON integration formats.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and command of English, with Portuguese/Spanish being a plus.
• Workday certification in Integrations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Monitor existing integrations for performance and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all Workday integrations.
• Participate in Workday update cycles and assess impact on integrations.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding Workday integration functionalities.
• Work with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality and best practices.
