Zusammenfassung

ALS Global is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to design, develop and maintain integrations between Workday and internal systems. You will ensure data accuracy and system efficiency in a global HR environment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, implement EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio, and stay current with Workday updates and best practices to support HR, Payroll and Financials modules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support.
• Proven expertise with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials modules.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure smooth and accurate data flow.
• Monitor existing integrations for performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all Workday integrations, including design specifications, test plans, and support procedures.
• Participate in Workday update cycles, assessing the impact on existing integrations and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Provide technical support and expertise to end-users regarding Workday integration functionalities.
• Work closely with other IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration across all systems.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality and best practices related to integrations.
