Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our hybrid Portugal team. You will ensure high availability of production systems, monitor incidents, manage Windows Server and databases, and drive automation for deployments and CI/CD.

You will work with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus and Grafana, perform root cause analysis, participate in on‑call rotations, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the platform.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in Operations, SRE, or a similar role, managing production environments at scale.
• Strong Windows Server administration across on‑prem and Azure.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL databases; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems, focusing on analytics platforms.
• Monitor services, investigate incidents, perform RCA for permanent fixes.
• Manage Windows Server environments and databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) in on‑prem and Azure.
• Design and automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines using scripting languages.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to support releases and improvements.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for 24/7 service reliability.
