BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Lisbon is seeking a Business and Client Services Senior Officer for the Business Management Department. You will provide frontline support to Front-Office users, manage IT tools, and drive collaboration across IT, Operations and Finance.

The role focuses on incident management, continuous process improvements, and participation in digital transformation projects, while ensuring accurate client data and timely documentation.

Qualificações

• Front-office support experience and client-focused mindset.
• Strong IT tools knowledge and ability to train users.
• Experience in incident management and follow-up.
• Experience with client data management and reporting.
• Ability to participate in projects and UAT.
• Ability to prepare training materials and maintain documentation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and operational support to Front-Office users.
• Manage IT tools, train users, and facilitate collaboration between IT, Operations, Finance.
• Lead incident management and coordinate resolution with IT team.
• Participate in continuous process improvements and tool deployments.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and end-user testing.
• Ensure smooth client data management and documentation for contracts.
