Borgwarner Emissions Systems Spain SL is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Morning Shift at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal. The successful candidate will coordinate team activities, train new members, and facilitate continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications include secondary education or an engineering degree, along with experience managing teams, preferably in an automotive environment. The role entails ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing teams of at least 30 people.
• Knowledge of automated material handling equipment.
