Carrier is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Leader to join Addvolt’s Supply Chain team in Porto. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, transportation coordination, and inventory accuracy, requiring hands-on leadership on the shop floor with focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings a continuous improvement mindset, strong ownership, and ability to align with Manufacturing, After Sales, Financial, Quality, and Sales teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Ability to manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and transportation coordination.
• Strong leadership and safety-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping).
• Manage inbound/outbound flows and ensure on-time material movements.
• Maintain ERP transactions and inventory accuracy; lead root-cause analysis.
• Plan and execute transportation needs aligned with Supply Chain and customer needs.
• Develop relations with transport partners and monitor performance.
• Promote health, safety, and 5S in warehouse operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-team alignment across functions.
