World Courier de Portugal, Lda. is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist to coordinate shipments, manage warehouse activities and support transportation operations in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

You will oversee time- and temperature-sensitive imports/exports, prepare documentation, monitor milestones, and collaborate with customers, carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift certification or logistics-related certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments.
• Support shipment planning, routing and execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and provide status updates.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and customs paperwork.
• Handle, package and prepare shipments including cold chain products.
• Manage warehouse inventory and temperature-control supplies.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transportation providers.
• Monitor shipment milestones, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and transportation regulations (IATA, ADR, GDP, etc.).
• Operate company vehicles and support collection and delivery activities when required.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
