Qualificações

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and SAP or similar ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the efficient execution of daily logistics operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics operator team.
• Monitor logistics KPIs.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce waste, optimize flows and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production to manage line-feeding activities and critical materials.
• Enforce warehouse safety rules and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits.
