Elementis PLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Lead – Warehouse & Road to oversee warehouse and road transportation across regions within a regulated supply chain environment. You will drive safe, compliant, and cost‑effective logistics while leading continuous improvement and standardisation with third‑party partners.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance teams to deliver excellent service to customers, with a Porto-based hybrid work arrangement and occasional travel

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in logistics leadership.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-country operations in regulated industries.
• Strong know-how of international freight, customs and trade compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate warehouse and road transport across regions.
• Ensure OTIF targets, lead times and cost-to-serve are met.
• Govern third‑party warehouses and logistics providers with KPIs.
• Maintain inventory quality, safety and compliance at external sites.
• Own logistics data and improve visibility tools for decision making.
