A Michelin-starred restaurant located in Funchal is seeking a 1st class Waiter to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess secondary or vocational education in hospitality, along with experience in fine dining and a strong command of English. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts. Desarma Restaurant, located on the rooftop of The Views Baía hotel, in Funchal, is looking for a 1st class Waiter for its Michelin-starred restaurant.

Required profile:

• Secondary or vocational education, with training in hospitality, tourism or similar areas being an advantage;
• Previous experience in similar roles, with experience in fine dining being an advantage;
• Fluency in English (mandatory), with other languages being an advantage;
• Availability to work night shifts, on a continuous schedule (Sundays and Mondays off);
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills;
• Proactive attitude, friendliness and empathy when dealing with customers;
• Team spirit, organisation and attention to detail;
• Enjoyment of customer service;
• Professional demeanour and discreet attitude;
• Immediate or short-term availability.
