A Capgemini Engineering, líder global em engenharia, busca profissionais para operar e suportar plataformas VoIP, assegurando disponibilidade, qualidade e continuidade de serviços de voz. Você atuará na resolução de incidentes SIP, a integração de SBCs e na colaboração com equipes técnicas para manter a infraestrutura de telecomunicações estável.

Experiência com ambientes Oracle Huawei SBC, BroadSoft/CISCO, Huawei NGN e Ericsson MPS é essencial, bem como domínio de redes IP, Linux e ferramentas

Qualificações

• Experiência na operação e suporte de serviços VoIP e plataformas.
• Conhecimento de sinalização SIP, roteamento de voz e interconexão VoIP.
• Experiência com ambientes Oracle SBC e Huawei SBC.
• Familiaridade com plataformas BroadSoft/CISCO de voz.
• Conhecimento de Huawei NGN e Ericsson MPS.
• Compreensão de redes IP, incluindo Cisco, Huawei e Linux.
• Experiência com A10 Load Balancers e serviços DNS.
• Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e análise.
• Experiência em ambientes de telecomunicações de operadora.
• Fluência em inglês; espanhol básico é desejável.

Responsabilidades

• Operar e dar suporte a plataformas VoIP e serviços de voz.
• Monitorar o desempenho do serviço e a disponibilidade da plataforma.
• Investigar e resolver incidentes relacionados a SIP, SBCs, roteamento de voz e interconexões.
• Oferecer suporte a Oracle SBC, Huawei SBC, BroadSoft/CISCO, Huawei NGN e Ericsson MPS.
• Analisar alarmes, logs e traces para identificar problemas de serviço.
• Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para manter a continuidade do serviço.
• Participar em manutenções, upgrades e implementação de serviços.
• Manter documentação operacional e contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua.

YOUR ROLE

• Operate and support VoIP platforms and voice services.
• Monitor service performance and ensure platform availability and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to SIP signaling, SBCs, voice routing, and service interconnections.
• Support Oracle SBC, Huawei SBC, BroadSoft/CISCO, Huawei NGN, and Ericsson MPS platforms.
• Analyze alarms, logs, and traces to identify and resolve service issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support service continuity and incident resolution.
• Participate in maintenance, upgrades, and service implementation activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in the operation and support of VoIP services and platforms.
• Knowledge of SIP signaling, voice routing, and VoIP interconnection services.
• Experience with Oracle SBC and Huawei SBC environments.
• Familiarity with BroadSoft/CISCO voice platforms.
• Knowledge of Huawei NGN and Ericsson MPS platforms.
• Understanding of IP networking technologies, including Cisco, Huawei, and Linux environments.
• Experience with A10 Load Balancers and DNS services supporting voice infrastructures.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in telecom service provider environments.
• Fluent in English;
  basic Spanish is desirable.
