We are looking for a design-focused professional with strong Visual Communication, UI Design and a solid command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to craft engaging materials for intranet, newsletters and digital channels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design or related field.
• Strong experience in Visual Communication and Graphic Design.
• Experience creating concepts and visual assets for global communication campaigns.
• Ability to produce materials for intranet, SharePoint, social media and newsletters.
• Strong UI design capabilities for digital products and IT services.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and Design Thinking.
• Experience with user research and Design Thinking sessions.
• Awareness of current web design trends and best practices.
• Ability to create and maintain design guidelines and standards.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with international and global stakeholders.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Visual Communication and Graphic Design.
• Experience creating concepts and visual assets for global communication and awareness campaigns.
• Ability to create engaging communication materials for multiple digital channels, including Intranet, SharePoint, social media and newsletters.
• Strong UI Design capabilities, with the ability to design visually appealing interfaces for digital products and IT services.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and experience with Design Thinking.
• Experience conducting or supporting user research and Design Thinking sessions.
• Understanding of current web design trends and best practices.
• Ability to create and maintain design guidelines, standards and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively with international and global stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating motion graphics and video content for digital communication campaigns.
