We seek a UX Designer to create user-centered designs, conduct research, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. You will design for web and mobile, translate insights into improvements, and contribute to design systems while adhering to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field.
• 3+ years of UX design for web and mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio with user-centered design.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframes and high‑fidelity UI.
• Knowledge of responsive/mobile-first design and accessibility.
• Experience creating wireframes, flows, prototypes and mockups.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and Stakeholders.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design solutions and end-to-end UX processes.
• Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating user insights into actionable design improvements.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI and data visualization design.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ability to translate design concepts into frontend-ready specifications and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Experience integrating dashboards, analytics, and business intelligence solutions into digital products.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Design Systems and component libraries.
