DansUGC is seeking a Marketing Engineer to design and operate virality systems for consumer mobile apps. You will build the tools, pipelines and experiments that transform viral moments into repeatable growth mechanisms and scalable processes.

You will leverage vibe-coding tools like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor to automate scraping, trend tracking and posting pipelines, while running paid acquisition and analyzing CAC, ROAS and retention to optimize growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with vibe-coding tools—Claude Code, Codex, Cursor.
• Grew a B2C consumer mobile app, organically or with paid, and can show numbers.
• Think in systems and experiments, not individual posts.

Aufgaben

• Engineer organic growth for our B2C mobile apps on TikTok, Reels and Shorts: formats, hooks, accounts, cadence.
• Run paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok, and read CAC, ROAS and retention honestly.
• Vibe-code your own leverage: scrapers, trend trackers, creative generators, posting pipelines, dashboards — whatever removes you as the bottleneck.
• Turn what goes viral into repeatable systems, not one-off hits.
• Run experiments at volume, and kill what doesn't work fast.
