Job summary

Crédit Agricole SA, through Banco Credibom, is seeking a motivated VIE Data Analyst in Portugal to turn data into strategic insights for HR and Logistics. You will work on collecting, processing and analyzing logistics metrics and HR dashboards to support data-driven decisions by the bank's management.

The role focuses on building Power BI dashboards, SQL data extraction and data lake structuring, with 0–2 years of experience and fluency in English or Portuguese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, Statistics, Management, Economics or related field
• Strong SQL knowledge, including data extraction, data integration and database manipulation
• Proficiency in Power BI, including interactive reports, data visualisation, and basic data modelling/DAX
• Knowledge of Data Lake architectures is advantageous
• Good command of advanced Excel
• Fluency in Portuguese or English preferred
• Accuracy, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights
• High ethical standards with GDPR awareness

Responsibilities

• Support collection, processing and analysis of Logistics metrics, including vehicle fleet data, infrastructure consumption and cost analysis, and carbon footprint calculations
• Support optimisation of HR dashboards
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and periodic reports in Power BI for data-driven decisions by the Bank’s management
• Develop and optimise SQL queries for extraction, cleansing and modelling of data from multiple systems
• Liaise with and support use of corporate Data Lake infrastructure, assisting with access, organisation and validation of data sources

JOB PURPOSE :

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst with a keen interest in turning data into strategic insights and supporting data-driven decision-making, with a particular focus on Banco Credibom’s Human Resources & Logistics Department and on providing data analytics support to the Logistics function.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Data Analysis

• Support the collection, processing and analysis of Logistics metrics, including vehicle fleet data, infrastructure consumption and associated cost analysis, and carbon footprint calculations.
• Support the optimisation of Human Resources dashboards.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and periodic reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making by the Bank’s management team.

Data Management & Structuring (SQL & Data Lake)

• Develop and optimise SQL queries for the extraction, cleansing and modelling of data from multiple systems.
• Liaise with and support the use of the corporate Data Lake infrastructure, assisting with the access, organisation and validation of relational and non-relational data sources.
