Job summary

Stadler Digital Labs in Portugal is seeking a Verifier Specialist to join as part of the digital rail safety team. You will support verification activities across the V-model lifecycle and contribute to RAMS/SIL compliance under supervision.

The role requires 4+ years in verification and audits, a Bachelors in CS/IT, and strong communication in English. Hybrid work in Coimbra or Lisbon with focus on accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in verification processes and preparing audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, clear, and structured style.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support verification activities within the V-model lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, testing).
• Review documentation (requirements specs, interface definitions, test reports).
• Assist with traceability matrices between requirements and verification artefacts.
• Contribute to evidence generation for RAMS/SIL compliance under supervision.
• Work with engineering teams to clarify requirements and deviations.
