Job summary

Jobbex IT in Portugal is seeking a Veeva Application Specialist to support one of our clients.

You will configure and support Veeva Quality Suite, Vault, PromoMats, and collaborate with business teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• IT or Computer Science background with experience in application management or development.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and data migration experience are advantages.
• Strong communication skills and professional English.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and GxP systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage change requests, documentation, and L2/L3 support.
• Turn business needs into practical technical solutions and improvements.
• Contribute to application projects, including development and data migration.
