How You’ll Contribute
- Oversee VAT compliance and return submissions for complex clients.
- Provide VAT advisory on domestic and international transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with local and VAT regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities in jurisdictions where clients have strategic transactions, managing information requests and audits on their behalf.
- Ensure all deliverables meet both statutory deadlines and agreed client timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and review their work.
- Contribute to the team’s productivity, motivation, and cooperation through clear communication and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology-driven enhancements in VAT compliance workflows, including the use of digital platforms.

Is this You?
- 5+ years of VAT / indirect tax experience, preferably in a Big Four or leading professional services firm. Experience with E-invoicing and E-reporting projects is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of EU VAT rules, cross-border transactions, and local VAT legislation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Full English proficiency. Other languages will be valued in the recruitment process.
