Job summary

PwC Services Portugal, based in Matosinhos, is seeking an Assistant Associate in Valuation Services to perform valuation analyses across Real Estate, Infrastructure, and related assets. You will review valuations and models within financial reporting and assurance contexts, while contributing to advisory engagements across the Alternatives industry.

The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of assets, with learning pathways and extensive internal/external trainings to develop as a valuation

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a finance-focused economics/business/management degree.
• Strong academic record and knowledge of valuation principles.
• Familiarity with valuation guidelines and industry tools is a plus.
• Excellent English communication in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt and Venture Capital.
• Review valuations and financial models for reporting and assurance engagements.
• Support advisory engagements in the Alternatives industry and related topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients in a multicultural setting.
