Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with design systems and style guides.
• Proficiency in prototyping, visual design, and wireframing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Develop design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products and services;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers;
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback;
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
