ebankIT is hiring a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work with stakeholders to turn requirements into design solutions, from research to implementation, in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.

Join a team shaping digital banking experiences and contribute to delivering outstanding user experiences across web and mobile platforms in Porto, Portugal. Fluency in English is required for this role.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a similar field.
• Experience in UX/UI Design projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Portfolio (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, research, investigate, and evaluate user requirements.
• Design outstanding user experiences and intuitive application interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Optimize and enhance existing user interface designs.
• Conduct usability testing and evaluate user experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand business and user objectives.
• Present and justify design decisions and recommendations.
• Produce and maintain design documentation and guidelines.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the product roadmap and user experience strategy.

About the role

We are building our Design team and would love you to join us. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, transform requirements into effective design solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. From research to implementation, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding user experiences while working in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

You have
