Match Profiler is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our digital product team. This hybrid Lisbon role bridges design and frontend development, ensuring intuitive experiences with data visualizations.

You will design interfaces for web and mobile, conduct user research, and work with React/Angular/Vue.js in an Agile setup. Figma expertise and accessibility focus are essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Implementation when needed and power BI integration into UI.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices.
• Work in agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

UX Designer | Hybrid (1x/week in Lisbon)

What we are looking for

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to join our digital product team. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences but also brings technical know-how in frontend development and data visualization tools like Power BI. You will play a key role in bridging design and development, ensuring that our digital solutions are both beautiful and functional.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• implementation when needed.
• Integrate Power BI dashboards and data visualizations into user interfaces, enhancing data-driven decisionmaking.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work in agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Technical Skills
