EY is seeking a Service Designer to join EY Studio+ in Lisbon or Porto. This role focuses on human-centered design across customer and employee experiences, blending research, strategy, creativity and technology.

You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams to translate insights into innovative, sustainable services. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Service Design, strong facilitation skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communication or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Service Design, CX, or related discipline.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant project work and design thinking deliverables.
• Experience with workshops, interviews and co-creation sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies across multidisciplinary projects.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities and synthesize insights.
• Create personas, journeys, service blueprints and prototypes.
• Support design validation through iterative processes and stakeholder workshops.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, strategists, developers and clients.
