Qualificações

• 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B software or AI/ML products.
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like DevMode for developer collaboration.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and complex interface solutions.
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• Understanding of modern development workflows and design token systems.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design intuitive interfaces for AI agent management platforms, workflow builders, and analytics dashboards.
• Create user journey maps and interaction flows for multi-agent systems and autonomous task execution.
• Develop design systems and component libraries optimized for AI-driven applications.
• Conduct user research to understand how professionals interact with autonomous AI systems.
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and AI system capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using Figma DevMode for seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Partner with consultants to understand client requirements and translate business needs into user experience solutions.
