MoOngy Group is seeking a UX / Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across our hybrid environment in Portugal. You’ll collaborate in Agile teams to translate user needs into polished UI/UX solutions, maintaining design systems and performing usability testing.

The role requires 3-4+ years in UX/Product design, strong UI/UX and interaction design skills, and familiarity with TailwindCSS, ViteJS, and frontend tooling. A degree in HCI or related field is preferred.

Qualificações

The Role:

UX / Product Designer

Work Model:

hybrid - 2 days a week in the office

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• 3-4+ years experience as UX/Product Designer;
  
• UI/UX design, interaction design and pixel-perfect execution;
  
• TailwindCSS, ViteJS and modern frontend tooling familiarity;
  
• CI/CD awarenessand modern dev workflows;
  
• UI testing tools: Jest, RTL, Cypress and/or Playwright;
  
• End-to-end UX process (research, design, prototyping, validation);
  
• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design or related;
  

Nice to have:

• User research (qualitative & quantitative methods);
  
• Design thinking& workshop facilitation;
  
• Java 21 / Spring Boot (backend exposure);
  
• Experience in enterprise / large-scale products.

Responsibilities:
