Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer in Lisbon to envision and shape first-class digital touchpoints and compelling experiences. You will bridge business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility, collaborating with CX strategists, designers, and developers to advocate for users throughout the process.

You are a seasoned, multi-skilled designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design capabilities across wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design systems.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in human-centered design and usability.
• Degree in design (university or tech college) or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years designing complex digital products, ideally in an agency or product-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with CX strategists, designers and developers from concept to final delivery.
• Design end-to-end digital experiences in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Create and test wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI assets.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
