Air Apps, based in Lisbon with global reach, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social. You will drive traffic, engagement, and conversions with a data-driven mindset and strong performance marketing skills.

This fully onsite role in Lisbon collaborates with content and design teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and assets.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Experience with SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and CRO.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize ROAS and CAC.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, paid social).
• Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels to drive growth.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test ad creatives, and optimize ad spend for efficiency.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new digital marketing technologies.
• Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies to improve retention.
