The Career Nest in Lisbon is seeking a Back Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join a multinational team. This on-site role focuses on back-office operations, case management, and supporting connected services, with no phone duties.

Shifts rotate between 07:00 and 22:00. The position offers a base gross salary of 1,400 EUR per month plus a performance bonus of up to 100 EUR. Immediate interviews today and tomorrow.

100% Back Office & Case Management (Connected Services).

Location:

On-site in Lisbon (You must already be living here, no relocation support).

Schedule:

Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
