The ideal candidate will have native proficiency in Ukrainian and intermediate English skills. Relocation assistance is provided, making it easier for candidates to transition smoothly to Portugal and thrive in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent (C1-C2) proficiency in Ukrainian.
• Intermediate or advanced grasp of English (minimum B1 level).
• Willing to relocate to and work from Portugal.
• Dependable and driven personality.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and resolve client queries across various channels.
• Deliver professional assistance to all users.
• Log all client communications accurately.
• Work with global team members as needed.
