We're recruiting Ukrainian speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Social Media & Trust account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 05/Oct/26, 14/Sep/26, 26/Oct/26.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Ukrainian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team.
