Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Ukrainian-English Translator to join an international customer support team on-site. The role offers relocation support and a €1,200 gross/month salary, full-time and entry-level responsibilities focused on accurate multilingual communication between Ukrainian-speaking customers and English-speaking colleagues.

You will translate conversations, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a smooth customer experience while building a career

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Ukrainian (C2 level or equivalent)
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence with work authorization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous translation or interpreting experience
• Prior customer support experience

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Ukrainian (C2 level or equivalent)
