Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal on-site is seeking an entry-level Ukrainian-English Translator to join our international customer support team. You will bridge Ukrainian-speaking customers with English-speaking colleagues to ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication.

Responsibilities include translating conversations, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering friendly support that helps customers get the information they need.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Ukrainian (C2 level or equivalent)
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• EU citizen or hold a valid Portuguese residence card with work authorization
• Basic computer literacy

Responsabilidades

• Translate Ukrainian to English and vice versa for customer interactions.
• Serve as a communication bridge between Ukrainian-speaking customers and English-speaking colleagues.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all translations.

Requirements

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Ukrainian (C2 level or equivalent)
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
