Claranet limited, located in Lisboa, is seeking a Unified Communications and Collaboration Support Engineer to join their internal team. In this role, you will deliver advanced support, implement changes, and resolve complex escalations within agreed SLAs.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in unified communications and strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced UC support, implementation, andchange execution across the client’s collaboration and telephony estate.
• Resolve complex escalations, implement platformchanges defined by the L4 Specialist, and ensure operational excellencewithin agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in unifiedcommunications support and engineering, ideally within a managed servicesor financial services environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow (incident, change,request, and CMDB modules.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across MicrosoftTeams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with VoIP and SIP trunkingtechnologies, including basic SBC operational tasks.
• Experience with AV and meeting room systems(Crestron, Polycom, Logitech, Teams Rooms).
• Familiarity with Exchange Online and hybridExchange environments.
• Working knowledge of collaboration analytics andreporting tools (Power BI, Teams CQD, Teams Insights).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams AdministratorAssociate (or equivalent).
• Effective communicator with strong written andverbal English skills (B2 or higher).

• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networkingcertification.
• Previous experience within a managed serviceprovider or telecommunications environment serving financial servicesclients.
• Experience with Zoom and Webex administration.
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot and AI-drivencollaboration capabilities.
• Knowledge of DORA, FCA, or PRA regulatoryframeworks.
• Experience with call recording platforms (Numonixor equivalent).
• PowerShell scripting for Teams and Exchangeadministration.
• Understanding of contact centre platforms (CCaaS).
