FlixBus Shop in Lisbon Oriente bus station is seeking a motivated Shop Employee (m/f/d) to support day-to-day operations, provide high-quality service to passengers in Portuguese and English, handle ticket sales, bookings, and cash, and help ensure smooth shift events.

This role follows a shift schedule across the full week, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and experience in customer service or transportation is a plus.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or administration.
• Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient and calm under pressure, able to stay focused and solution-oriented during busy periods.
• A strong team player who communicates openly, supports colleagues, and contributes to a positive shift atmosphere.
• Comfortable with computers and digital tools.
• Willing to work according to a shift schedule established with the team, which may include evenings, weekends, or early mornings.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; other languages are a strong advantage

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality service to passengers, including assistance with boarding, transfers, travel disruptions such as delays, and clear travel information in Portuguese and English
• Manage ticket sales, provide after sale services, and daily cash handling in the Flix Shop
• Manage reservations, cancellations and adjust bookings in case of delays or changes, communicating with passengers and partners when needed, handle unexpected situations with minimal impact
• Support smooth station operations by coordinating with dispatchers and station teams during check-in and helping ensure correct luggage handling and passenger flow
• Assist drivers with mobile apps and ticket control, and help resolve issues to meet FlixBus quality and safety standards
• Inspect bus stops and surrounding infrastructure to ensure timetables, signage, and other elements meet FlixBus standards, coordinating updates or repairs when needed
