McKinsey & Company in Lisbon is seeking a finance-focused professional to join our corporate finance practice. You will build tailored financial models, run analyses, and support transformation projects across Europe, initially remote and evolving to on-site client work.

You will learn from experienced mentors, receive coaching, and contribute to client development while creating analytical tools that drive measurable performance improvements for leading organizations.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in finance or business field.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, capitals markets and financial statements (CFA/ACCA assets).
• Superior problem-solving skills.
• Analytics capabilities (Excel); VBA/Python/R a plus.
• Business English required; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial analyses and build tailored financial models for transformation projects.
• Support client development and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with consulting teams and clients on transformation initiatives.
• Develop analytical tools within corporate finance and contribute to thought leadership.
• Travel to client sites across Europe and work with Lisbon teams.
