Takeda Portugal in Lisbon invites three motivated trainees to join our teams across Sales, Marketing and Patient Value & Access & Medical. You will gain hands-on experience supporting commercial planning, marketing initiatives, or medical and access activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, innovation and the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Opportunity

Takeda Portugal is looking for three talented and motivated Trainees to join our team in Lisbon, with opportunities available across Sales, Marketing, and Patient Value & Access & Medical. Depending on the role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting commercial planning and performance, marketing and brand initiatives, or medical, scientific and patient access activities. In all three positions, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous professional or pharmaceutical industry experience is not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
