Sanofi Porto Salvo is offering a Regulatory Affairs Trainee position to gain hands-on experience in preparing submissions, maintaining regulatory records, and supporting packaging approvals. You will translate documents and track deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely regulatory activities.

The role suits a current student or recent graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences with strong Portuguese and English skills.

Qualificações

  • Current student (soon to graduate) or recent graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related Health Sciences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different people and teams.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and good command of English (B2+).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Regulatory Affairs exposure through coursework or training is a plus.

Main responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and submission of regulatory variations in line with required deadlines.

About you
  • Current student (soon to graduate) or recent graduate status in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related Health Sciences field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different people and teams.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and a good command of English (B2 level or above).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and confidence to take ownership of tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous exposure to Regulatory Affairs through coursework, projects, or training would be an advantage, but is not required.
