Takeda Portugal in Lisbon is offering a 1-year Trainee opportunity across Sales, Marketing and Patient Value & Access & Medical. You will support planning, analysis and cross‑functional initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience with our teams.

The program emphasizes collaboration, learning, and professional development in a global biopharmaceutical environment, with opportunities to grow and contribute to meaningful projects.

Qualificações

• Degree (Bachelor's or Master’s) in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Pharmaceutical/Life/Health Sciences or related field.
• No prior pharmaceutical experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with project planning and execution within your function.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.
• Help coordinate meetings, events and team activities.
• Research market, business or scientific insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Share ideas to improve work processes and learn throughout the traineeship.
• Participate in training opportunities and adhere to Takeda policies.
