Takeda Portugal in Lisbon invites three motivated trainees to join our teams across Sales, Marketing and Patient Value & Access & Medical. You will gain hands-on experience supporting commercial planning, marketing initiatives, or medical and access activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data analysis, and development opportunities while adhering to Takeda policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, innovation and the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning and execution of projects within your assigned function.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, presentations and preparation of materials.
• Support the coordination of meetings, events and team activities.
• Conduct research and gather relevant market, business or scientific insights.
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout your traineeship.
