Takeda Portugal seeks a Market Access and Public Affairs Lead to secure patient access to Takeda medicines at fair prices. Reporting to the Country Head, you will lead strategy, pricing, HTA, and stakeholder engagement across Portugal.

This role requires deep knowledge of INFARMED and the Portuguese healthcare system, 10+ years in pharma, and proven leadership. You will guide HEOR, support launches, manage teams and budgets while upholding Takeda principles.

Qualificações

• University degree, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• At least 3 years of direct market access experience.
• Previous people-management experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese healthcare environment and INFARMED.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement short- and long-term market access strategies aligned with Takeda objectives.
• Lead reimbursement submissions, pricing discussions, HTA projects and negotiations with authorities.
• Build clinical, economic, and value dossiers to support product access.
• Develop HEOR and real-world evidence strategies with Medical, brand teams, and Iberia colleagues.
• Identify and manage relationships with policymakers, payers, and healthcare institutions.
• Represent Takeda in industry forums and market access groups.
• Lead public affairs plans to strengthen Takeda’s reputation.
• Support new product launches, pipeline assessments, and in-licensing opportunities.
• Manage Market Access, Public Affairs, and Portfolio Partnership teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, regulatory, and Takeda requirements.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and delivery of priorities.
