Job summary

Quadrante is seeking a Trainee/Junior to join our Waste and Water Utilities team in Lisbon or Porto, full-time. You will contribute to delivering high-impact infrastructure projects while learning from a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Hydraulics and Water Resources) or related field, basic MS Office and AutoCAD skills, and willingness to grow. English fluency is required; knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Hydraulics and Water Resources) or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit is valued.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different types of projects.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and motivation to develop technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support development of urban hydraulics, water resources and agricultural hydraulics projects.
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines.
• Design innovative, sustainable technical solutions in line with regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design optimized solutions.
• Assist in producing technical reports, project summaries and deliverables.
