Job summary

Quadrante is seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our Lisbon office, strengthening our Waste and Water Utilities unit. You will develop and refine hydraulic project drawings, lead drafting efforts, and mentor junior team members in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years' drafting experience, strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills, and a solid command of English. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and timely delivery of quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 12th grade completed, ideally with a technical drawing or drafting course.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Minimum 5 years of professional drafting experience, preferably in hydraulic or water utilities.
• Strong ability to interpret and validate drawings and engineering docs.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and preparation of technical drawings for hydraulic projects.
• Produce, review, and update 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare layouts, equipment arrangements, piping drawings, and docs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior draftsmen.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to support design decisions.
• Revise drawings as projects evolve and changes occur.
• Ensure organization and integrity of project drawing records.
• Manage priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
