IC Resources client is seeking a talented Test Engineer to join the Test Engineering team, focusing on wafer sort and final test. You will develop, debug, validate, release, and maintain ATE test programs, and help define production test strategies that impact product quality and yield.

You will collaborate with IC Design, Applications, Product, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to analyze test data, improve coverage and test time, and support silicon validation in NPI programs.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest and/or Teradyne testers.
• ATE programming experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor characterization and production test methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional international team.
• Strong communication skills in English.

This role is central to both the manufacturing organisation and R&D activities, giving you the opportunity to directly influence product quality, production efficiency, and future product development.
