IC Resources is seeking a talented Test Engineer to join the client’s Test Engineering team, developing and supporting test solutions for wafer sort and final test.

This role sits at the core of manufacturing and R&D, offering a chance to directly impact product quality, production efficiency and future product development.

You will collaborate with IC Design, Applications, Product and Manufacturing Eng to drive DFT activities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize test coverage.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest and/or Teradyne testers.
• ATE programming experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor characterization and production test methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional international team.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, debug, validate, release, and maintain ATE test programs
• Define production test strategies, limits, guard bands, and screening methodologies
• Analyse test data to improve test coverage, test time, and production yield
• Support NPI, including characterization, qualification, and silicon validation
• Work closely with IC Design, Applications, Product, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
• Contribute to DFT (Design-for-Test) activities during product development
• Investigate and resolve production and yield issues through root-cause analysis
